Summit was founded in 2009 by Derek Nolan after twelve years working for other electrical contractors. He saw how often customers were overcharged, kept in the dark about costs, and handed off to whoever was cheapest.
He added plumbing in 2013 when he kept being called back to job sites for work a single contractor should have handled. Now Summit handles both, which means fewer trades on site and one bill.
